For the date-coconut granola, put all the flakes, the dried, diced dates and the coconut flakes in a bowl.
Add the coconut oil and agave syrup and mix well. Then pour onto a baking sheet and spread well.
Roast in the oven at 80 degrees for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Preparation Tip:
The date-coconut granola can also be made in advance and will keep for a few weeks to months in a sealed container, depending on the ingredients. The more degrees you set, the crispier it becomes.
