For Mediterranean vegetables, wash the vegetables, peel if necessary, cut into thicker strips and place in a bowl.
Cover with olive oil. Squeeze in garlic. Season with sea salt, rosemary sprigs, pepper, paprika powder, fresh and dried herbs.
Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Fish out the potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi and pre-bake for about 25 minutes, then add the rest of the vegetables and braise for about another 10 minutes. (Make samples!)
