Quickly knead chocolate, marzipan, sugar, egg whites and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth. Chill for 1/2 hour. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and cut out small discs (3 cm in diameter). Place the discs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rest for 1/2 hour. Bake in a preheated oven at 185 °C for about 18 minutes. For the filling, place whipping cream and chocolate broken into pieces in a small saucepan and boil until chocolate is smooth. Transfer the filling to a mixing bowl and refrigerate. When completely cold, add Grand Marnier and whisk until smooth. Assemble two slices each with the filling.
