Try this delicious cake recipe:
Make a well kneadable yeast dough from the first ingredients and roll out to a rectangle 1/2 cm thick. For the filling, boil the water and sugar, add the nuts and perhaps fold in 1 egg to make the nut mixture smoother. Spread this filling on the dough, roll up from the long side and place as a wreath on a greased, floured baking sheet. Sprinkle with finely chopped hazelnuts and let rise again. Bake over medium heat until light brown and cover with icing.
