Liquefy the butter in a puredl, fold in the processed cheese and then add the finely diced ingredients. Meanwhile, soften the semi-hard cheese in a boiling water bath. Roll it out on aluminum foil or cling film, spread it, roll it up and let it set in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into slices and serve.
Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
