For the banana yogurt with chia bar and figs, put the yogurt in a bowl and add a peeled banana. Use a blender to chop the banana and mix well.
For the chia bar, place chia seeds in a glass and swell with 5 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon sweetener. Peel the second banana, cut into pieces and spread over the yogurt.
Pour the swollen chia seeds on top and decorate with a fresh fig. Serve the banana yogurt with the chia seeds and figs and enjoy.
