For the coconut shake, first put the coconut milk, grated coconut pulp, a little agave syrup and enough ice cubes in a blender. Blend everything together at the highest speed.
Pour the coconut shake into glasses, sprinkle with coconut flakes and garnish each with a physalis.

If you like, you can make the coconut shake even more substantial with a few scoops of coconut ice cream.
