Whisk everything in a wide bowl, knead with a mixer for 5 min. or with a food processor for 4 min. to a wet, smooth dough.
Fill the dough into the prepared (buttered) molds and let rise at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Bake: 10 min in the lower half of the oven heated to 230 degrees, then 40-50 min at 180 degrees . Remove 10 min before the end of baking time.
