Coarsely grate the carrots and zucchini and mix with the sprouts. Mix a salad dressing from the oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well with the vegetables. Cut the radishes into thin slices and arrange on plates in a circle. Arrange the sprout salad in the center. Decorate with daisies.
