For the almond granola, place a small pot with about 1/2 liter of water. When the water boils, add the almonds and boil for about 1 minute.

Drain almonds in a sieve and remove from the shell. Coarsely chop peeled almonds in a food processor or with a knife. Mix almonds and rolled oats in a large container.

Melt coconut oil, honey and date syrup together over very low heat. Once everything is well mixed, add to the oatmeal and mix very well.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes until it smells good. If you want you can add raisins after baking.
