For the almond paste balls, put the biscuits in a freezer bag and chop with a rolling pin, heat the butter.
Mix the melted butter, almond paste, honey and grated almonds well with the biscuit crumbs. Work into a compact mass and form balls from the mass.
Put the almond paste balls in a cool place.
Preparation Tip:
Sprinkle the almond paste balls with powdered sugar or cocoa or coat them with icing.
