Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Preheat the oven to 210 °C (gas 190 °C). Grease a cake springform pan, 26 cm diameter, with oil, dust the bottom and sides with flour, tap off excess flour. Roll out the dough and place it in the pan, pull up the edge and fold it in a little bit.

Place mince in a frying pan and fry for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned. While doing so, mash any lumps with a fork. Drain off any water, set aside to cool.

3. spread the pizza sauce on the dough, spread the minced meat evenly on it and cover it evenly with the finely chopped green and red peppers and mushrooms. Finally, garnish the pizza with the egg tomatoes and cover with finely chopped green olives, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Brush the edge of the dough with olive oil. Bake for 25 min at 210 °C (gas 190 °C ) until cheese is melted and pizza crust is golden brown. Cool for about 5 min, only then cut into pieces. Bring to the table immediately.

Note: The base and crust of this pizza are much thicker than normal.
