Preheat oven to 210 degrees Celsius (gas 190 degrees Celsius ). Grease a cake springform pan, 26 cm ø, with oil, dust the bottom and sides with flour, tap off excess flour. Roll out the dough and put it into the form, pull up the edge and fold it in a little bit.
