For the apple cinnamon puff pastry, wash the apples, cut them into wedges and core them.

Melt the butter, roll out the puff pastry and brush with the melted butter.

Next, sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon on the puff pastry, sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top and cut the pastry into rectangles of equal size. Cut each rectangle once diagonally down the middle to make triangles.
