For the apple-pear-elderberry cake, peel and cut the apples and pears into small pieces and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Put the other ingredients all together in a bowl and mix with a mixer until you get a creamy dough. Grease a springform pan with a little coconut oil and pour in the batter.
Spread the apples and pears on the part and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
