Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Whisk egg yolks with curd, apricot jam, honey, semolina and liquid whipped cream. Grease a baking dish well.

Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the curd mixture, do not stir! Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Mix cinnamon and sugar well, sprinkle casserole with 4 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Bake on the lowest shelf in the oven at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about 45 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

You can take any other jam instead of apricot jam, it should be rather thin, possibly mix hard jam with rum or water.
