Yogurt soup is often combined with a main meal of meatballs.

Heat the clear soup and add yogurt, stirring constantly in one direction so that the yogurt does not set. Simmer on low heat for 2 min.

Heat the butter and fold in the flour. Gradually add a few tablespoons of yogurt-clear soup to make a creamy sauce. Finally, pour in the entire mixture.

Chop the mint and fold in.

Serve hot.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
