Avocado Fan with Blackberry Dressing

For the avocado fan with blackberry dressing, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit and peel. Slice the avocado and arrange on a flat plate and drizzle with juice of one lemon.

Mash the blackberries with white wine, sugar, juice of one lemon, salt, pepper and powdered sugar and spread over the avocado. Finally, garnish the arranged plate with a slice of ham, a slice of lemon and a mint leaf. Serve the avocado fans with blackberry dressing with some fresh baguette.
