Remove the skin from the avocado, pit it, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon. Skin the beef tomato, remove the seeds and also cut into cubes.

Mix crème fraîche, yogurt, 1 tbsp cognac, juice of one lemon, mayo, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with North Sea crabs, avocado and tomatoes and dill. Allow to marinate for approx. 15 min and season repeatedly.
