Instructions:

For 4 people: 1 oven dish of approx. 35×25 cm and 1 oven dish of approx.

25×25 cm For the potatoes, mix garlic and spices with frying cream.

Mix with potatoes and spread evenly in the smaller oven dish.

For the chicken hearts, mix egg, egg yolk and milk. Mix in cheese, season. Score chicken breasts lengthwise and unfold to make hearts. Season hearts, sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Spread cheese mixture evenly on top. Spread onions and leeks evenly in large oven dish. Place chicken hearts on top. Pour soup on top.

Pre-bake potatoes in the lower part of the oven heated to 220 °C for ten minutes. Add chicken hearts on leek bed and roast for twenty minutes. Pour soup over leeks from time to time.

Arrange chicken hearts with leek and potatoes on hot plates, garnish.

Tip:

In a convection or hot-air oven, set heat to 200 degrees.

Bake potatoes and chicken hearts on 2 levels. Baking time remains on the spot.
