For the baked potatoes, wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them in half and place them cut-side down on a baking tray brushed with oil.

Sprinkle the caraway seeds on top and bake the potatoes at 220 °C for about 30 minutes. Mix the sour cream with the curd cheese and the finely grated cucumber.

Season with salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic cloves.

Preparation Tip:

The baked potatoes go well with roasted meat. If you don't like caraway seeds, try them with fresh sprigs of rosemary or paprika seasoning.
