For the banana muffins, cream butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a food processor until fluffy. Add eggs a little at a time.

Peel and chop banana and stir in along with sour cream. Sift flour and baking powder onto butter mixture and stir in.

Grease muffin tray and pour in batter. Bake banana muffins for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
