For the banana pancakes, mash the bananas with a fork and then mix well with eggs and the baking powder.

Heat some oil in a pan and bake out small round pancakes. Place the finished pancakes on top of each other and always put a coffee spoon of natural yogurt in between.

Put a strawberry on top as a decoration.

Preparation Tip:

Through the bananas you do not have to sweeten the dough. The banana pancakes are thus lower in calories and also still very delicious.
