For the banana salad, peel the bananas and cut into centimeter-thick slices. Divide the bananas among 4 dessert bowls each and sprinkle with the chopped nuts.

Mix the raspberry juice, red wine, rum, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and season with Cherry Brandy. Pour over the bananas.

Chill and serve with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Preparation Tip:

You can also prepare the banana salad without alcohol. Instead, it is best to use red grape juice.
