First, finely grind oat flakes, nuts and sesame seeds in a blitz chopper.
Mix the mixture with cold water and bring to the boil while stirring.
Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff, sort and wash the berries.
Arrange the porridge in a bowl or plate and top with berries and whipped cream.
Preparation Tip:
If you like it sweeter, you can sweeten the porridge with honey.
