Cut romaine lettuce in half and remove the stem in a wedge shape. Fry bacon and onion cubes in a roaster with melted butter. Now sprinkle with a pinch of sugar. Put the lettuce halves on top, extinguish with a tiny bit of vinegar and half cover with vegetable soup.

Cover the roaster with parchment paper and steam the romaine lettuce for approx.

10-15 min.
