Remove the crusts from the rolls, cut them into small cubes and put them into a baking dish. Heat the cow’s milk and pour it over the bread. Add the egg.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove the skin from the onion and the apple. Remove the core from the apple, then finely dice both. Brown the onion in butter. Add the herbs and spices to the onion and sauté while stirring. Add the mixture to the rolls, add the apple cubes and mix everything together properly.
