Instructions:

For the bread dumplings, cut bread into ½ cm cubes.

Heat the milk in an unperforated steamer basket (at 95 °C for 2-3 minutes). Pour the warm milk over the bread cubes and let stand for half an hour.

Peel and dice onion and steam with butter in an unperforated steamer basket, covered. (at 100 °C 4 minutes or at 120 °C 2 minutes).

Add onions, eggs and parsley to bread cubes and mix. Form 12 dumplings from the dough with moistened hands.

Place bread dumplings in a greased perforated cooking container and cook (at 100 °C for 15-18 minutes).
