Instructions:

Score the skin of the knackwurst sausages lengthwise, then peel off, cut knackwurst sausages in half lengthwise.

Roll the peeled sausages in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, pat well and fry on 2 or automatic cooking zone 7 to 9 in a mixture of light butter and oil until golden brown.

Serve with spinach or carrot vegetables with potatoes.

Potato salad also goes well with it.
