For the brownies, put the chocolate, butter, sugar, salt, cocoa, ginger and milk in a food processor and blend until creamy.

Now add the eggs and stir the mixture. Mix the flour with baking powder and also mix briefly with the food processor.

Line the baking pan with baking paper and rub it briefly with the butter paper. Pour in the dough and top with various nuts as desired.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes. The brownies should be nice and crispy on the outside, but still soft on the inside.
