Instructions:

Remove the peel from the potatoes, rinse, cut in half. Boil in salted water for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Clean cabbage, rinse and cut into narrow wedges. Boil about 1/2 liter of water and clear soup. Pre-cook cabbage in it for 5 min. Drain, reserving vegetable soup.

Heat oil. Roast minced meat in it until crumbly. Season with a little salt and pepper if necessary.

Remove peel from onion and cut into cubes. Fry in hot fat. Sprinkle with flour and sauté. Extinguish with vegetable water and milk while stirring.
