Instructions:

For the cabbage soup, boil cabbage in salted water for 3 minutes. Strain, sauté onion and garlic in butter. Pour in soup. Add cabbage, season and cook for 10 minutes.

Puree cabbage soup and serve sprinkled with bacon cubes, leek rings and bread cubes.

Preparation Tip:

For the vegetarian version of the cabbage soup, omit the bacon cubes.
