For the carpaccio rolls with goat cream cheese, mix the chili sauce with soy sauce, olive oil and a little water. Cut the well trimmed beef tenderloin into 4 thin slices and lightly pat between plastic wrap. Sprinkle with the chili oil mixture, season with salt and pepper and marinate briefly.
