For the carrot-sunflower seed spread, rinse and clean the carrots and zucchini and cut into small pieces.

Cut the avocado in half, remove from the stone and remove the flesh from the skin (save the rest for other spreads). Chop the cashews and sunflower seeds in a Moulinette.
