A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Finely crush rusks between parchment paper with pastry roller, mix with sugar and salt, then add butter and heartily incorporate. Grease cake springform pan and press rusk mixture into it as a thin layer.

For the filling, cream butter with sugar and salt. Add the egg yolks and vanilla sugar and mix well. Stir in the flour, then add the curd cheese passed through a sieve and the whipped cream. Work the mixture well. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Spread the curd mixture evenly on the rusk base.

Bake the cheese cake at 180 °C in a heated oven for 60 minutes, cool in the pan and arrange on a cake plate.
