Instructions:

Stir flour with salt. Mix the yeast with a third of the milk and add. Melt the butter and mix with the remaining milk until a smooth dough is formed. Grease the baking tray, roll out the dough and fill it in.

Mix grated cheese with eggs and cream, season with pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated). Add steamed onions and bacon cubes to the mixture. Form on the dough bottom and bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 45 minutes.

Suitable as a nutritious dinner with a nice leaf salad or portioned as an aperitif pastry.
