For the saté skewers, cut the chicken breast fillet into 4 cm cubes and season with salt and pepper. Now wrap the chicken cubes with the thinly sliced bacon and put them on wooden skewers. Finely chop the garlic clove and the ginger and mix both with soy sauce, fish sauce, chili sauce, sugar and about 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Marinate the skewers with it and let them marinate briefly. Heat some sesame oil in a pan and fry the skewers for about 2 minutes on each side. Keep brushing with marinade.
