For the chicken-vegetable curry, first fry the onions, then lightly fry the potatoes and carrots in a little oil as well. In a separate pan, brown the meat with curry, salt and pepper.

When the meat is cooked through, add the sliced mushrooms and fry briefly. When the potatoes and carrots are al dente, add the broccoli, peppers and zucchini, then add a bottle of Rama Cremefine and some water.

Add in the meat and mushroom mixture and season with coriander, lemongrass, some chili and curry. Let it boil down a bit and season with soup seasoning.

Cook some rice and serve with the chicken curry-.

Preparation Tip:

You can also make the chicken vegetable curry with other vegetables and maybe pineapple!
