Instructions:

For the chickpea stew with garlic, soak the chickpeas overnight.

Cover with new water and bring to a boil, adding finely chopped garlic, onion, parsley and cilantro. Cook at low temperature until done.

Then puree with plenty of liquid. Add finely chopped spinach and mint leaves, season with salt and cumin. Cook again until thick.
