Fry the minced meat in oil, add the diced onion and sauté. Add both types of beans with the liquid, paradeis pulp, thyme and chili (rather a little less at the beginning, you can still season!) Cook everything a little bit. Cut the leek into rings and cook for about 3 minutes.
