For the chili pike perch with chard, chop the chili. Chop garlic, rinse pike-perch fillet in cold water and pat dry.
Drizzle pike perch with lemon juice and sprinkle with chili flakes. Sear in oil on both sides for about 3 minutes.
For the chard, heat some butter, sauté garlic, mix in chard and sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve the chili pike perch with chard.
