For the chocolate oatmeal cookies, melt the butter and stir in the grated chocolate and let it melt as well.
Chop the oat flakes a bit in the kitchen cutter and let them toast a bit in a coated pan.
In the meantime, mix the butter-chocolate mixture with the coconut, honey and vanilla sugar and finally add the whipped cream. Add the oat flakes, mix well and let the mixture stand for a while.
Form balls with wet hands and place on a grid. Then coat with the chocolate icing.
