Instructions:

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath.

Crush the cookies into crumbs.

Mix the grated hazelnuts, cookie crumbs, rum and coffee powder into the chocolate. Mix butter with sugar until creamy and stir into the chocolate mixture.

For the cinnamon cream, mix well mascarpone with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

In a glass, first put a handful of cookie crumbs, then a layer of chocolate cream and a layer of cinnamon cream. Finish with the crumbs.

The layered dessert can be served immediately.
