For the coconut clouds make a sponge from the ingredients: stir all ingredients together.

If necessary, add a little more flour or milk.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place small heaps of the dough on it using two teaspoons.

Bake the coconut clouds on the middle shelf for about a quarter of an hour.
