For the cold dog, first dissolve the coconut fat and let cool. Mix the sugar with the whole eggs until thick and creamy, then add the salt, instant coffee, cocoa and the rum. Then gradually stir the cooled, still liquid coconut fat into the brown mixture.
The cold dog is layered in a loaf pan. To do this, pour the amount into the mold to a height of 1/2 cm at the beginning. Then place a layer of cookies on top. Then the mixture and cookies are layered alternately until everything is used up. The last layer should consist of the mass from scratch. Then the cold dog must cool in the refrigerator.
