Instructions:

For colorful runner beans with mint-spelt loaf, first clean the runner beans, cut into approx. 4 cm pieces and cook in salted water until al dente, strain.

Peel onion and chop finely. Heat olive oil, sauté onion until translucent, add green beans and sauté briefly. Deglaze with Noilly Prat and whipping cream, add some vegetable stock if necessary. Finally, mix with sour cream and season.
