Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Clean the carrots, cut them into slices and steam them in a tiny bit of lightly salted water for about 25 min until soft. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and fry them in 2 tbsp butter on all sides, season with salt and season with pepper.

Drain the canned vegetables and carrots. Heat the beans and the peas in a little bit of butter. Remove the peel from the onion, cut into cubes and fry in butter. Add the mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes.

Later mix potato slices, vegetables and mushrooms, season with cumin, salt, bell pepper and paprika. Place in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with whipped cream and keep warm. Brush the steaks, liver slices and sausages with oil and grill under the heated broiler for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Fry the bacon slices in a frying pan. Arrange the sausages, steaks, liver slices and crispy bacon slices on the vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
