For the fig cream, wash the figs well. Cut half of the figs into eighths, puree the second half of the fruit. Mix yogurt with rice sweetener.

Gently stir the yogurt and fig mash together in a bowl, top with the fig quarters and serve as a summer breakfast or dessert.

Preparation Tip:

Especially well fit still walnuts sprinkled over the fig cream.
