Instructions:

Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and chop finely.

Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly sauté the onion pieces in it. Add the potato slices and sauté lightly as well.

Deglaze with wine and reduce to a light simmer for a few minutes.

Then add soup and cream and cook until the potatoes are soft.

In the meantime, wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely.

Season the cream soup to taste with salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg and mix in the herbs before serving.
