For the caramel-chocolate bites, melt coconut oil and chocolate together. Either in a water bath or carefully in the microwave.

Mix the caramelized condensed milk with the warm chocolate sauce. Add butter vanilla flavoring.

Add cornflakes and stir gently (the cornflakes should not break) until all flakes are coated with chocolate.

Using two coffee spoons, pour small portions into the paper cups. Keep stirring as the chocolate sauce collects at the bottom of the container.

Immediately place the finished bites in the refrigerator, this way the flakes soften the least and stay nice and crunchy.

It is best to put the caramel-chocolate bites in the refrigerator overnight before eating.
